Little Bobcat Ranch is a privately owned and operated ranch just a 15 hour drive from St. Louis, MO. It is located at Bobcat Pass in Red River, New Mexico and is at an elevation of 9,500 - 10,500 feet. It has a resident herd of 230 - 300. It is noted for producing elk scoring 320 - 360 and up. The terrain is composed of easy to moderate low-lying grassy meadows adjoined by graceful Aspen and magnificent Pine forests. The ranch has year-round water sources and a trout stocked lake. It shares two common borders with Carson National Forest with the "Enchanted Circle" as its Southernmost border, and is located approximately 1 mile south of the Valle Vidal. Little Bobcat Ranch shares common borders with Carson National Forest on two sides and also has National Forest (landlocked) within the Ranch boundaries. Some hunters try and get into the draw so they can hunt public ground. If hunters want to get into the draw and want to hunt our Private Ranch at the same time, we can accommodate that also in another package. (please ask about details.)
